Custodial history
The present part of the Finzi archive was originally donated to the Reading University Library in 1974 by the composer's wife Joy. After the closure of the University's Music Department in 2004, the material was transferred to the Bodleian on the suggestion of the Finzi Trust.

Donated by the Reading University Library through the Finzi Trust, 2016 and 2017.
