Summary
Five leaves are added at the end containing the following transcripts made in 1663–1664 by sir J. Ware:
(fols. 63–65) Notes relating to Waterford, and chiefly to John Collyne dean of the cathedral (including his will, 3 Sep 1468), "ex MS. membranaceo, scripto tempore Edw. quarti, Regis Angliæ, olim pertinente ad capellanum capellæ S. Salvatoris juxta ecclesiam cathedralem S. Trinitatis Waterfordiæ;" 1459–1484.
(fol. 66) "Charta Theobaldi Walteri Pincernæ Hiberniæ concessa burgensibus villæ de Balli-gauran;" with a description of his seal.
(fol. 67) Record of the consecration of Christopher Bodekin as bishop of Douay, at Marseilles, 4 Nov 1533.
