Summary
Prefixed on fol. 1. is a poem by Fercheirtne on the establishment of the college of professors by Ollamh Fodhla, with verses from other poets.
At the end is a note in Irish by the scribe, to the following effect; "John O'Cianan wrote this book for Adam O'Cianan upon condition that Adam should not give it to any one without his leave."
