The two parts of the present volume, separate at Lorsch, were (as pointed out by Kautz) still separate when they were taken from Lorsch to Eberbach, since only part B has the 13th-century quire signatures found in some Lorsch/Eberbach manuscripts (see further Quarto Catalogue, p. xxv).
The two parts were bound together by 1502, when they are listed as a single volume (I 6) in the Eberbach library catalogue: N. Palmer, Zisterzienser und ihre Bücher (1998), p. 241
William Laud, 1573–1645, acquired 1638 after the disperal of the Eberbach library in the Thirty Years' War.
