Stops at what is canonically known as the 10th rubā‘ī of the last qism ([...] نوش ایلار ایمیش قدحنی جانانه تولا -- folio 139a, line 4), so missing just over 100 rubā‘īat the end. Lacks the mixed poetical/prose dēbāčawhich accompanies some versions of the text. One possibly complete copy of a فواٸد الکبر Fawā'idu l-kibar, the fourth of the Chaghatay dīwāns of مير على شير نوائى Mīr ‘Alī Šēr Nawā'ī 's four-part series, خزاٸن المعانی Ḫazā'inu l-ma‘ānī. Though Ethé (1930: col. 1196)claims that the ghazals which comprise the larger part of the manuscript are in alphabetical order, this does not actually seem to be the case. Since the poems do not follow any canonical order it is difficult to ascertain whether this manuscript represents the whole or only part of this work. Six works of poetry in Chaghatay by Alisher Navoiĭ, 1441-1501 , including one copy of Lisānu l-ṭayrand the five works of his Chaghatay Ḫamsa. All contain many minor deviations from the canonical versions of these texts. — likely late 17th or 18th c.; Unknown, but probably Kashgaria or Kashmir. The thick, pale frames and headpieces which stick out above these to the top of the page resemble to some extent those found in another copy of the same work in the Gunnar Jarring collection ( Jarring 450), though that manuscript is in most other respects quite different to this one MS.
