Summary
Hans Bethe and his wife Rose (née Ewald) were among Peierls's oldest friends (Bird of Passage, passim). The letters and cards deal with personal, historical and scientific matters; they continue the early material in MS. Eng. misc. b. 202 but with several gaps in the chronology.
Correspondence 1992 discusses Heisenberg and the 'Farm Hall Tapes'.
