A vindication of the validity of Nonconformist ordinations, in reply to the Tentamen Novum and Tentamen Novum Continuatum published by Thomas Gipps, rector of Bury, Lancashire, in 1698–1699, in his controversy with James Owen of Shrewsbury; vol. iii.: part 2, chapters 1-7

MS. Rawl. C. 634
Summary
Apparently a copy prepared for the press.
In two parts, the first containing six chapters and the second [nineteen.] About fifteen leaves are wanting at the end of chapter 5, part ii., between fols. 196–197 in vol. iii. This deficiency is supplied by MS. Rawl. D. 1353, which contains a portion of the work, apparently in the author's own hand, commencing in the middle of chap. 2, part ii., and ending at the commencement of chap. 8 [from fol. 57, vol. iii. of the present transcript, to fol. 8, vol. iv.]
Probably this treatise is the Vindication by Charles Owen of his brother James Owen's Plea for Scripture Ordination.
