Waltham, Essex, Augustinian abbey of Holy Cross: 'xliij al. p.' on verso of pastedown (fol. i recto), s. xv. 'liber ecclesie Sancte crucis de Waltham quem qui abstulerit uel hunc titulum maliciose deleverit anathema sit amen.' (fol. ii recto), s. xiii. 'Epistole Pauli. Prioris Will.' (fol. ii recto), s. xv; cf. 'Willi priori[is]' on end of pastedown. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
