The Trial of Lawrence Earl Ferrers for the Murder of John Johnson, 1760. Book containing, An Act for punishing Mutiny and Desertion; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters and Articles of War, 1760. The Case of Norborne Berkeley, Esq; in relation to the Barony of Botetourt, 1763:- two copies of the claim and Lord Chancellor's opinion, and one manuscript copy of the Lord Chancellor's report to the king.
