Reading, Berkshire, Benedictine abbey of Saint Mary the Virgin: Fol. v recto (flyleaf), thirteenth century: 'Hic est liber sancte Marie de Radingia. Quern qui celauerit . uel fraudem de eo fecerit. anathema sit' ('This book belongs to Saint Mary’s of Reading. Anyone who is found hiding it or damaging it will be anathema')

Not obvious that flyleaves v and vi originally belonged to the volume (MLGB3)
