(fol. 7) Statutes of England, in French and Latin, beginning with the re-issue of Magna Charta in A.D. 1241 (wanting the first leaf) and extending to about A.D. 1320: with some general law treatises, and 'Leges ville Norhamptoñ' (fol. 158, cf. 160): a full list is in the 1840 catalogue, cf. fol. vv
(fol. 182) 'Sci comencent les Reules qe le bon eueske de Nichole [i.e. Lincoln] seynt Robert Groseteste fist alla Contesse de Nichole': printed in the Royal Hist Soc.'s edition of 'Explicit Dictamen Hosbonderie' (1890), p. 122
(fol. 187v) 'Cest le dite de Hosbonderye qe ... fist ... sire Wauter de Henle', in French: at end, 'Explicit Dictamen Hosbonderie'

(fol. 261). 'Summa que dicitur Brito', a law treatise in French, wanting the last leaf of the text and one or two leaves of the list of contents. This book has been ascribed to John le Breton, bp. of Hereford, d. 1275, and is certainly based on Henry Bracton's treatise and composed in the latter part of the 13th cent.
