Apparently broken up later than the 17th century
Made up of cuttings from the Douce collection (formerly MSS. Douce d. 13, fols. 2–10, and Douce 381, fol. 126). The fragments were all lifted and rearranged in the present manner in 1967–68 following the acquisition of MS.Lat.liturg.e.39. Formerly MS. Lat. liturg. e. 40.
