Summary
Darlington attended a symposium on 'The ecology of child and human development' at the University of Miami, 21-25 March. He presented a paper on 'The effects of heredity and environment in the development of human intelligence' (published in Brain and Intelligence: The Ecology of Child Development, 1973). He also visited Georgia during his trip. Material comprises correspondence arising from symposium, including correspondence re publication of proceedings and brief return visit to Miami, 1972.
