Summary
Tho. Dugard, rector of Barford, Warwickshire, to his brother Will. Dugard, master of Merchant Taylor's School; Barford, 15 Apr 1650.
In a marginal note, in nearly a contemporary hand, it is stated that Will. Dugard was detected printing, in a private press, Bates's "Elenchus motuum" and the Είκών βασιλική, and that he was pardoned by means of Bradshawe and Milton, upon condition of inserting in the latter work Pamela's prayer out of sir Phil. Sidney's "Arcadia."
