Proceedings in chancery, Oct 1679–Nov 1682, between the town of Monmouth and Edmund Evans, usher of the free-school, on the one part, and the Haberdashers' Company as trustees of the benefactions of William Jones, on the other part, respecting the right of the Company to nominate a lecturer, schoolmaster, usher, and certain almsmen, and to remove the said Edmund Evans from his place.
