Traces of former binding furniture: rust marks and holes in the corners, from four bosses (fols. 1r–4v, 198v–200v).

Acquisition

Given to the Bodleian as part of his third donation, dispatched on 28 June 1639.

Provenance

Mainz, Charterhouse St Michael: late 14th-century ex-libris inscription at the lower margin of ff. 1r and 200r.

William Laud, 1573–1645: his ex-libris inscription, dated 1638, at the lower margin of fol. 1r.
