Summary
Inside the front cover are pencil sketches of F. Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Cécile, Paul Mendelssohn Bartholdy, and Albertine, with Eduard Genast and four Preussers, all of whose signatures are on fol. 1, 'd. 20 August in Interlaken bei schlechtem Wetter 1842'. This drawing is mentioned by Genast in his memoirs, Aus dem Tagebuch eines alten Schauspielers, iii, 1865, p. 258.
