At fol. ii is a printed account by Robinson Ellis of arts. 5-7.

St Albans, Hertfordshire, Benedictine abbey of St Alban: 'Liber Sancti Albani de libraria conventus ex dono Iohannis abbatis' (fols. i recto and 65v). 'Hunc librum ex industria fratris Hugonis legat perquisitum ad usum conventus monasterii sancti Albani assignavit venerabilis pater dominus Iohannes Stoke abbas monasterii antedicti ...' (fol. ix verso). (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

Names are scribbled on foll. 62r, 107v, 135v ('Iste liber constat Hugoni [?] Egystun', 15th cent.), 154v (mention of 'Johannes Boter and 'Johannes Heued', 15th cent.).

'Sum cuique Tho: Hearne 1723–4. Ex dono amicissimi doctissimique viri Richardi Graves de Mickleton in agro Glouc. armigeri.'
