St Albans, Hertfordshire, Benedictine abbey of St Alban: 'Liber Sancti Albani de libraria conventus ex dono Iohannis abbatis' (fols. i recto and 65v). 'Hunc librum ex industria fratris Hugonis legat perquisitum ad usum conventus monasterii sancti Albani assignavit venerabilis pater dominus Iohannes Stoke abbas monasterii antedicti ...'
