Has just completed the visitation of his diocese; in which, in warm harangues, he has roused the careless, daunted the halters, cheered and strengthened the faithful of his clergy; communions more numerous than ever; confirmations of old and young exceeding many; will send an account of what has been collected for the French Protestants.
The signature has perished through damp, but the seal of arms remains. Not dated.
