Aristotelian commentaries in Latin, written in Italy in perhaps one italic hand which changes from formal to cursive, probably that of Mainettus de Mainettis: (fols. 1-160) 'Lectura eximii Simonis Portii super tertio de anima Aris: sexto Idus Novembris MDXLV', 85 lectures in all; (fols. 175-237) a study of De generatione et corruptione in the form of 'examen' and 'questio', by Mainettus de Mainettis, doctor of Bologna, while in the fourth year of his study at the University of Pisa, 1547 (fols. 215r, 233v).
