Provenance
S. Giovanni Battista juxta Plateam, Reggio-Emilia. Fol. 1, 230: 'Iste liber est ecclesie sancti Johannis baptiste de Regio iusta plateam' (s. xii/xiii); fol. 230r: 'Infra scripti sunt vicarii ecclesie sancti Johannis baptiste', a list of 15 names beginning with Johannes de Lasalsa, incorrectly copied on the verso; also: 'Mcccc xxx. xv Aug. Tempore dompni Damiani dicti dompni Marchixii de Sonzino capellani dicte ecclesie … Isti sunt vicini', followed by a list of 12 names. On the verso scribblings with the date 1290, and the verses 'Qui scripsit scribat .... B in nomine felix'.
