A copy was made by F. Mendelssohn Bartholdy for Klingemann in 1846, with some pictures and verses from MS. M. Deneke Mendelssohn g. 1: see Briefwechsel mit K.K., p. 319. Lists by Marie Benecke of the contents of this copy and of the Klingemann copy are in MS. M. Deneke Mendelssohn c. 19, fol. 2v. The verses, in Klingemann's hand, are on the leaves facing each drawing.
