Acquisition

This seems to be the Aegidius presented by William Harwood, prebendary of Winchester , in 1611.

Provenance

On fol. i is a late 15th cent. note 'Memorandum quod Robertus Thystilton debet rectori de Rothwell xvij d.': on fol. 182 is a copy of the will of William Kyghtone of 'Brigeforde at the Brige Ende' [Bridgford], Apr. 30, 1528: he leaves to the 'ij orders of frehers at Nottingham ij stryke barly', among other bequests.
