Dated 23 Feb and proved 12 Mar 1540.
Contains bequests to St. John's Coll. Cambridge, Windsor, Eton, and his five parishes of Caster, Brancepeth, Ashcot, Shipton, and Harleton, as well as all his relations.
At the end are painted the arms of Lupton: Arg., on a chevron sa., between three griffins' heads sa., langued gu., three lilies slipped and leaved, or; on a chief gu., a Tau cross between two escallops, or.
