A composite manuscript assembled in the fifteenth century in England, as shown by leaf signatures.

'Fuit est et erit tibi si placet optime huius quem cernis codicis possessor Boyleus', fol. 216v, 16th (?) century; underneath 'this is nobodis booke'.

Elias Ashmole (1617–1692)

Bequeathed by him to the Ashmolean Museum in 1692.
