The following title is prefixed: "The names, birth-place, residence, when living or when died, of such historians and antiquarians as have wrote, published, or collected any considerable quantity of materials, as printed books, manuscripts, medals, etc., for and towards completing the history and antiquities of England, Scotland, and Ireland."
Apparently written in 1753, various persons being described as then living, which is the last year mentioned.
