Summary

A collection of medical receipts, copied by sir John Reed, parson of Nether Broughton, Leicestershire, and vicar of Melbourne, Derbyshire, (about the beginning of Henry the Eighth's reign) who intersperses his own notes and observations, and records of many of the remedies that they were proved "in meipso."
