Provenance
Arms: azure a bend or between three leather bottles or, in chief three fleurs-de-lis. Muzzarelli of Ferrara have the same arms, but with a label of three points gules. Motto, 'o tigre o amara. O m(e) dica'. A later hand has added the initials 'G.V.' and on the band 'Gu[ ]ri', trying to pretend the arms are those of Guarino
On fol. 1 is 'In hoc libro continentur secunda deca Liujj, que in alis deficit.'
