(p. 23) 'Upon the fall of sr Francis Bacon ...', beg. 'Great Verulam is very lame'
(p. 32) 'The copie of a libell put into the hand of queene Elizabeths statue in Westminster by an vnknowne person anno Domini 1619', altered to '1621' and 'vltimo Martij. 1623': beg. '... If Saints in heauen': part of it and of the answer (pp. 41-3) have been lost since the 1836 Catalogue was made
(p. 49) 'King lames his verses made vpon a Libell lett fall in Court ...', beg. 'Oh stay your teares'
(p. 61) a trip into France, beg. 'I went from England into France'
(p. 67) 'The Callidonian Forrest', a political allegory, beg. 'Whilome deuided': (f) (p. no) several poems on the Duke of Buckingham and his death in 1628, one in Latin, one a Latin prose epitaph: at p. 167 is 'Fower propositions found in his [John Felton's] chest when he slewe the Duke', in prose.
