Comprises minutes and memoranda of the funding committee of the Expeditions Council, as well as Expeditions Council financial statements and details of the recovery of funds from expeditions, 1948-50, 1952-3, 1955-6, 1958-9, 1961, 1966, 1970, 1972-89, 1991-2000, 2002-4.
This series contains financial statements from several expeditions (1938-1953) at a time when the Exploration Club, rather than the Expedition Council, was responsible for recovering money from expeditions.
