Darley, Derbyshire, Augustinian abbey of St Mary the Virgin: "Iste est liber sancte Marie de Derl' qui eum alienauerit. anathema sit", repeated twice on recto of endleaf (formerly pastedown: fol. 204). The first inscription is of s. xiii. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
