Certain errors upon the statute made 25 Edw. III. [1351/2] touching children born beyond the sea, conceived by serjeant Browne and confuted by serjeant Fairfax, in manner of a dialogue; 1601.
Begins, "Whether by the said statute children borne out of the kinges allegiaunce at the tyme of whose birth." and ends, "So the lawes of England (impatient of deformitie) decree that an English head is most naturall for an English body, and exclud all others."
