Bristol, Gloucestershire, Hospital of St Mark of Billeswick, otherwise Gaunt's hospital, of Augustinian canons: Monogram IC on fol. 34r, as in Bodley 618. (MLGB3: evidence from an inscription of ownership by an individual member of a religious house (which may not, however, be evidence for institutional ownership)).
