Folder 1: 'ECL W/S BSHI (Nov/Dec 92)'. Evaluation of biotinylated oligonucleotide probes for HLA class II typing by PCR-SSO (mostly autoradiographs of results). Used for BSHI workshop. A small amount of correspondence is also enclosed. Refers to Amersham International ECL oligotailing system, and British Society of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Molecular Working Group, 1992
Folder 2: 'Western Blotting results. Amanda Sadler Rm 307'. Experiments (1-6) carried out using Amersham ECL Western Blotting kit, including gel electrophoresis and autoradiographs of results. (Possibly 1990-1991 experiments make this Sadler's first laboratory notebook, see G97) May 1990-Apr 1991
