Summary
Score and parts, transcribed into Sibelius music notation software by John Turner who staged its first modern performance, by the New World Ensemble, at St James' Church, Gatley near Manchester on 8 Nov 2011. The autograph score and a known contemporary copy by Thomas Wingham are both lost. This transcription was made from a later copy in the hand of J.R. Sterndale-Bennett, now in the Royal Academy of Music Library.
