Summary
Jim Howard is interviewed about Oxfam and the export of low cost sanitary units developed by Oxfam for use in the prevention of cholera in Bangladesh. The film features squatting plates made at Harwell, inflatable 4000 gallon rubber tanks, crates of communal lavatory equipment, pictures from the Dhaka cholera hospital, Demra camp, and Brian Barron reporting from Bangladesh.
