Original full burgundy morocco leather cover that is uniform in appearance to the Register of Agreement volumes; 102 pages including the dates of when the seal was affixed, "minute authorising seal to be affixed" with details as to the date and minute book folio, documents sealed with information regarding the date and particulars, signatures of attesting directors and officers; Note that each handwritten entry is signed by several or more attesting directors and an officer including Alfonso Marconi. Furthermore, the content lists documents concerning foreign patent applications, ordinary and preference share certificates, ordinary share warrants, and other business matters.
