Summary
Hodgkin was invited by the British Council to lecture in connection with the British Exhibition in Tokyo. She lectured at the Universities of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka on the subjects of vitamin B12 and x-ray analyses of complex organic molecules. See also MS. Eng. c. 5706/27. Leaving Japan after one week, she travelled to China via Hong Kong, visiting Canton and Shanghai.
