Summary
Nineteen short political pieces, preceded by a list of their titles, relating chiefly to Spanish history in about 1740. Among them are:
(fol. 33). 'Trova del axioma vulgar mal aproposito oy con todos guerra, y paz con Inglaterra', with notes;
(fol. 45). 'Dialogo en que se controvierte la gran question de si conviene mas (a España) la guerra ofensiua o la defensiua con Inglaterra, entre vn frances y vn español', in two parts;
(fol. 85). An estimate of the English army and navy in 1740;
(fol. 122). 'Se refieren las contribuciones extraordinarias, vexaciones y molestias que sufrio el reino en el infeliz ministerio de don Joseph del Campillo hasta el dia de su infausta muerte.'
Some of the other pieces are dated between Oct. 1739 and Feb. 1741, but perhaps all are copies.
