Summary
The authorship of this address is gathered from the following heading: "My discourse to Mr. Serriant Thorpe, Seeriant Rigby, when they weare sworne to be Barrons of the Exchequer, I beinge then the second Commissioner of the Great Seale; my brother Whitlock havinge done the like in the Common Pleas, and my brother Lysle to performe it in the Upper Bench, accordinge to the antiquitye of the seriants in every court."
