With many alterations and corrections.
On a fly-leaf it is noted that the treatise has not been printed, and that it was "read and returned by Lord....; read and corrected by Dr. Grabe." Grabe's corrections are marked with the letter G.
Dr. Rawlinson notes, on another fly-leaf, that he could not find out the author.
Emlyn's Humble Inquiry into the Scripture account of Jesus Christ was printed in 1702.
