Summary
This is a photographic copy of, probably a lithographic print after an original oil painting of Princess Alice (1843-1878) by F. X. Winterhalter (1805-1873).
The original portrait is held by the Royal Collection Trust and was painted in 1845, so the lithograph, and Talbot's photograph of it, must have been made some time after that date.
The verso is blank.
