vii + 82 + xi fol. A paper leaf instead of the missing parchm. leaf is after fol. 35, the last 10 fol. being blank fragments.

Provenance

In the litany (fol. 76v) are St. Justus, the companion of St. Clement, who was especially venerated at Volterra, and St. Ansanus, the patron saint of Siena. Though St. Francis does not occur in the litany, his name was left in the collect Satisfaciat (79).
