Folder 3: 'Ethiopia Review Group Report', 1985. The group was set up 'to catalogue the nature of Oxfam's response within Oxfam House to the public's interest [in the Ethiopian famine, 1984]'. It was not intended to consider the conduct of the emergency programme.
