File 2, fols. 1-135: Notes, memoranda and reports of the situation in the three territories, proposals for solving the dilemma of South Africa's demands for transfer, including memoranda by Margery Perham and Lord Selborne, with Selborne's opinion of her views, 1933-1935.
File 3, fols. 1-13: Manuscript notes by Lugard on points made in correspondence, memoranda and pamphlets, [1933-1935].
File 4, fols. 1-202 and item 1: Correspondence, 1934-1938, about South Africa's claims to the three territories, Parliamentary opposition and the arguments of the pressure groups opposing the transfer, much of it with Lord Selborne and Sir John Harris, Secretary of the Anti-Slavey Society.
