Given by Timotheus of Verona (prob. Timoteo Maffei ) to the monastery of S. Maria della Carità, Venice, 15th century: Hic liber studio et cura.d.Timothei Veronensis habitus dono a quodam sacerdote per eum traditus est Monasterio caritatis qui legis ora pro eo et pro donatore (fol. iiv)

S. Maria della Carità, Venice: Statio huius libri est in quarta sede a latere claustri. Iste liber est monasterii caritatis (15th century, fol. 118v). MS. Canon. Pat. Lat. 52 and Aberdeen, University Library, MS. 242 include inscriptions following the same form.
