Folder labelled "1483: H/Misc: 72-74" containing correspondence regarding Mary Bell and her imprisonment (closed), and notes, correspondence and transcript of oral evidence regarding the Official Secrets Act. 1972-1973

Folder labelled "1503: H: 70-71" containing notes, extracts from Hansard, press cuttings and correspondence and regarding criminal justice, legal aid and the police. Also includes working papers of a UNESCO symposium on the impact of violence in the mass media, copy of the Criminal Justice Bill 1971 and transcript of speech given by Callaghan in Liverpool on 5th June 1970. 1970-1972

CLOSED. Correspondence, notes and press cuttings regarding the interception of communications and the security services. Also includes script for 20/20 Vision television programme MI5's Official Secrets. 1985

Invitation for Callaghan to take part in a Channel 4 enquiry into policing in Britain alongside a document setting out the format of the programme. Also includes reports on the state of policing in the 1980s. 1986
