Summary
'Bother; a monthly comment on poverty and the struggle for development'. This was a Young Oxfam Publication aimed at teenage readers. Its format was a folded A3 sheet, which opened out to be what became a series of 'Bother Posters'. From Jan/Feb 1985 'Bother' was issued bi-monthly and included a separate poster.
