This is a copy, by William Shaw the earl's secretary, with some corrections. Preceding it are papers, among which are three letters from Lawrence Hyde 1st earl of Rochester, 1710 etc., corrections by Henry Gandy, dr. Dodwell, and dr. Aldrich, and a memorandum of 7 June 1729 by Henry Hyde lord Cornbury (d. 1753).
