Summary
At the end is this note: "Note that in May, 1641, the beforemencond peticon and the argument next preceding it were printed and entituled, A learned and necessary argument, [etc.]; and was said in the print to be made, 'By a late learned judge of this kingdom.' But note that many of the authorities are miscited in the print which are true in this copy of the argument."
